Should I get new wedding band blessed?
My husband's wedding band was stolen and I have purchased him another one. He thinks it's important to have one on his finger. When we exchanged rings 20 some years ago it was a vow and in front of a minister. Should I have this new ring blessed? Should I have the minister meet us privately and I give it back to him in a vow. I feel kinda funny just handing it to him when it is part of our bond to each other.

you've been married 20 years I think you should renew your vows it sounds like you two are still very much in love I think it would be romantic and it would make you feel better about the new ring you could always invite immediate family parents and children after all 20 years is definitely something to celebrate

I love the idea of having it blessed. Why not just renew your vows and get your marriage blessed again?
Congrats on 20 years of marriage!
