Help with prespositional phrases; easy 10 points.?

In English, I'm learning about prepositional phrases. Overall, it's been pretty simple, but one of them is confusing me a little. In the sentence "His parents wrote a book about starting a new business." would the prepositional phrase be "about starting" or "about starting a new business"? Thanks!

The second, about starting a new business.

A prepositional phrase includes the noun, in this case, "business".

I think "about starting a new buisness"
