Everyone is looking for the symptom, cure, and treatment for GINGIVITIS, bleeding gums and bad breath because no one wants to loose their teeth and many health problem have now been directly linked to gum disease including heart attacks and strokes. It's a much bigger contributor that originally thought. A truly natural treatment for gingivitis is in great demand but next to impossible to find. But in looking for the right remedy, a natural dental care product created for total teeth and gum health, as well as overall dental hygiene is the BEST one. It's strong, powerful and highly effective.

You should go see your dentist. If you let your gums get inflamed constantly then that will lead to bone disease - periodontitis. You'll then start losing bone (which you won't feel) and ultimately your teeth will start to get loose, which will then have to get taken out.
It's important to brush your teeth for a minimum of 2 minutes (no lie, this is the minimum amount of time) at least twice a day. The bristles of the tooth brush need to be placed at a 45 degree angle towards your gums. Your tooth brush strokes need to be in a circular motion.
Remember, it's not how hard you brush, it's how long you brush. Also soft bristles, small brush head is a plus. Hard bristles and large brush heads are crap.
It's also important to floss at least once a day because this will help clean your teeth and your gums.
Also regular dental checkups and cleanings are a must.

taking care of your gums could entail only paying close attention to proper oral hygiene like proper brushing and careful flossing every after meal. this can help remove plaque that get stuck on teeth. having a regular dental check up and regular dental cleanings can make sure that teeth and gums stay healthy. water has a lot of health benefits and this can be advantageous to oral and dental health. make sure that you drink adequate amount of water to be able to keep bad bacteria in the mouth at bay. visit http://www.oramd.co.uk/ for more gum care tips.

Try brushing the gum line good. Everyone basically has gingivitis it is just bad when it is so bad it starts forming into other things. Like absesses. you need rootcanals for those and antibiotics.

to be honest, i would ask for a referal to a dental unit at a hospital so they can do tests why your gums are like this, poor you, eating must be painful, but i would change your toothbrush as often as you can try swilling with salt water too, salt is a natural antiseptic.
yes it will sting, but do get a second opinion, okay, hope your better soon.

this sounds like a bad chronic problem....I have it too, but have neglected my teeth a long time, but I had an extraction in 2006 and at that time the dentist told me I needed a root canal....hope that's not the case with you, but I think I'd make another appointment just in case.

You are supposed to brush for at least 2 minutes every time, and after every meal. And you need to floss everyday, after every meal. It will also help to use one of those fancy sonicare toothbrushes.

I've heard you get that because you don't brush your teeth 3 or more times a day.
