the only way they can turn someone down for a disability is if the disability prevents them from doing the required job. for example someone in a wheelchair probobly wouldnt get the job for box person because they are unable to lift and climb ladders, but they could get a job as a cashier.

it's definitely against the law, it's called the American with disabilities act of 1990...except the disabled individual can't perform the specific task, it's illegal to deny them a job.

It depends. If she can't do what she is required to do for the job because of her disability, then it is not against the law.
But they could always say they rejected her because of such-and-such reason, not because she's disabled.

it is against the law to deny someone a job because of a disability, as long as reasonable accommodations will allow them to preform their jobs

i does not think of that it can be a criminal offense. yet observe that some colleges have regulations on the subject of hair varieties and coloring interior the gown codes,.. that's beneficial to learn it out, or wait and colour your hair over the summer season holiday.. My 11 365 days old grandson placed blue gel in his hair to spike it on the final day of school.. I asked him "What are you going to do in case you get to college and that they say .. No way...?" He replied.. "i will determine it out in the event that they say something".. As he stepped off the college bus, they escorted him to the showering room and had him wash it out... i admire that he needs to be somebody...

nope its against the law. a company can't turn you down due to a disability, race, religion, sexual orientation, etc. haven't you ever noticed all the retarded people who work at Mc.Donalds and Walmart.

They can if the person can't do the job requirements. But they can't if this person can do all the requirements.
