Hot or Cold Green Tea?

Do you lose any of the natural "goodies" (i.e. antioxidants) when you let Green Tea cool? I prefer iced tea over hot tea so I make batches of green tea and let it chill in the fridge. Does anyone know if this changes anything in the tea?

As long as you let the tea infuse in the hot water for an ample amount of time, I don't think any of the nutrients or goodies are lost.

Your body may digest it quicker if the water is warm.

I love hot tea, it does not change anything as long as its brewed. yourself. Not from the store

Just follow the brewing instructions here below
