Those are ads from the internet. Goto Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services.
Find Messenger and double click. Set Startup Type as Disabled. Hit OK and exit out of Services. You shouldn't receive anymore Spam.
The Messenger Service has nothing to do with MSN AIM or Windows Messenger. Its just an annoying service that should have died out long time ago.

Sounds like you're not using the firewall, and you don't have a pop-up blocker through your anti-virus software. A good temporary fix might be to turn off the Messenger Service. Right-click My Computer, Manage, Services, click on Messenger and stop the service, then set the startup-type to Manual.
Note that the real solution is to get a good anti-virus program. Hope this helps...

turn off your messenger service. Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services
There's no reason to keep it on. You're getting messenger spam from the net by the sounds of it.
If you go to the URL your system will be hijacked.

Im not sure if it really has to do with your system registry but if it does, search and download: Windows Registry Repair Pro. its safe
after that, do the deepest scan you can possibly do

Download Spybot Search&Destroy to get rid of it. Also use an updated antivirus software, like AVG or similar.
