Chicken fried rice comes from China. Egg fried rice comes from the Yung of chicken fried rice ;P

FRIED RICE came first....
n then the egg hatched and the chicken came ..since the egg is hatched, we cant use that and for the chicken it needs to lay eggs first...n then its our choice whether we want the egg or the chicken...this is confusing...hmmm

boiled rice came first then they thought lets play with this and start adding things to it so then came egg fried and then came chicken
