Qassam rockets for food?

How about this for a suggestion.

In order to help alleviate the humanitarian problems in Gaza, and at the same time help reduce tensions maybe some type of weapons for food program could be worked about between Gaza and Israel.

I have no way of judging what the rates would be and what would be included, but I think some kind deal could be worked out.

Maybe something like 10kg of flour per Qassam or 5kg of sugar for a rpg.

what do you think?

2/3 of Gaza population are refugees who were kicked out from Israel . It is far better plan for Israel to let them go back home and stop Qassam rockets .

    Good ideas...

If Hamas keep firing rockets, Israel will case fire on innocent civilians. At least you Zionists understand this language...!

In this way you will give enough rockets and they will achieve out some balance in power. May this help to make a stable peace in Palestine.

During 60 years Zioninst never accepted any kind of peace agreements and keep killing Palestinian. You are killing Palestinian for occupy the rest of lands while they just defence theirselves.

    Have a nice day

It already works that way. Israel grants all kinds of humanitarian aid to the Gazans. In return, the Gazans shoot missiles at Israeli civilians. Are you suggesting that this be formalized in a written contract?

you will possibly desire to evaluate the priorities of those people. extremely of taking care of their very very own people, they could extremely attack yet another united states and then plead poverty and melancholy and genocide and seek for handouts from their allies. it consistently comes all the way down to weapons and butter and how international locations chosen to spend their capital. it is clean that Hamas theory the individuals of Gaza mandatory rockets to shoot off at Israel extremely than foodstuff, drugs and the different needs of existence. I have not any sympathy for governments that could extremely waste their money on weapons and then plead poverty.

The idea sounds like bribery to me. I mean why Israel should pay 'tribute' to Hamas.

    Not 'idealistic', just not practical.

No it just wont work. Israel doesn't need Qassam rockets, and Hamas don't make them to help Gazans, they make them to hurt Israel, therefore they won't give up 'hurting Israel' in exchange for 'help to Gazans'.

They don't even care that much about the humanitarian problems. if they did they wouldn't fire those rockets in the first place, they know Israelis will finally react.

You're dealing with Hamas not with poor Gazans.

Most Palestinians are brainwashed since birth into hating Jews, Israel, and the West in general. To make a deal like that, Palestinians would have to overcome their racism-which they don't want to do. Also, kids being killed appens only because of terorists hiding in homes and using innocent civilians as Human Shields.

Besides, these rockets take 5 minutes to make. They would just get the food and make more.

What kind of human could look in the eyes of a 3 year old child and say "No you can't have a piece of bread until those other guys sell one of their bombs , sorry. " (Mind you thats whats being done now in the way of sanctions. )And then walk away with no guilt. It beats me. Especially when the flour is coming from the EU and not by your hands in the first place. Peace!

You have had 60yrs to break the will of the Palestinian people and failed despite successive appalling human rights crimes.

You people really have no idea when it comes to the human spirit.
