Death Note controversy?
If anybody doesn't know, there's been a few reported cases of kids bringing these homemade Death Notes to school, and putting kids names in it. Teachers and school officials are calling these death notes a "hit list" and so on and so forth.
What do you guys think about this?
I'm curious on whether these news caster know that some of the names are actually characters in the book. *lol*L Lawliet choking on his strawberry cheesecake. That's funny.
I luv L though, he's awesome. So is Death Note. :3

WOW what a bunch of creeps. Especially the guy in the first video who was described as "he doesn't talk much".
Even though I watched Death Note and I totally loved it, I really don't like what these kids are doing.
And why does a teenager want to kill 39 people for god sakes?!! Talk about psycho. I can't even think of one person I want to kill.
But I gotta say, first thing I did was CRACK UP. LOL I can't imagine a bunch of white, suburban parents and teachers going online, looking up anime, checking out Death Note. They're even describing the plot of DN on the freaking news. That's too funny.

Ok. First of all, I bet that these kids are either being bullied or just need professional help. I remember when I first saw this series. Granted I DID have a Death Note but I kept it as a journal and a sketchbook. I felt that the outward appearance would be enough to keep people away from me if I was having a bad day. I think kids under the age of 18 shouldn't watch Death Note if this is the result.

My school has an anime club for God's sake. And yes I do surprise that school knows about Death Note. Oh, I brought Bleach to school for a video project once.

Kids need to keep their anime at home.
I'm surprised that school ppl would no about a death note anyways. It is just so stupid! If they stop airing death note anywhere i am soooooooooo gonna sue them.

They need to keep their anime awaaaay from school.
School is just too uptight about stuff like this.
And some of the parents are totally overreacting, it's just an anime.
