Well, I've studied herbology. And that was likely due to my interested in paganism.

However, now I'm interested in learning to brew mead, but don't have time. And don't know where to start...

Finally another chance to take a break! Crazy day!

I became interested in many witchcraft related subjects due partly to finding Wicca as a religion that accepted witchcraft, and partly becauase I was raised on a farm and my Mom taught me many "natural remedies" for things growing up - so I was attracted to herbs, aromatherapy, some holistic healing and things of that nature. Also studying/working with tarot - and that stemmed from Wicca/Witchcraft.

I'm a very "crafty" person and I like to do crafts when I have the time - so I've incorporated the two and make "witchcraft crafts" (like the pentacle wreath decorated with dried flowers hanging on my front door) - but lately I've gotten more into writing and I tend to write a lot of poems and things from a Pagan perspective.

Pretty much whenever I'm not at work, or with friends/family, or outdoors on a nature walk with the dog...I am either reading (books or online - spiritual blogs, forums like this, etc.) or working on a project related to one of my various interests as mentioned above.

I'm an artist, an actor and a role-player, none of which have anything to do with my religion. I'm also quite into writing. I was interested in it before I became Pagan, but Paganism certainly is one of the main topics of my work nowadays, so you might say it encourages that particular hobby.

No, more a reason i became interested in Wicca due to my hobbies etc. I felt with all the things i liked doing, and the way i felt, becoming a Wiccan fit in nicely :) ie:animal care, singing, gardening, jewellery making, painting etc.

I sew, but I don't really attach any religious significance to it.

Other than that, I am completely lacking a crafty bone in my body. I have tried to make stuff - like soap or candles. But I am terrible at it and just stunk up my house. I made paper once. It was kind of neat. I might do it again. Does that count?

My hobbies are all things like watching bad 70's horror movies, reading books and spending too much time on the internet.

Jewelry making, fabrication & casting, mostly in silver and semi precious gemstones...

    Herb gardening & ethno-botany...

Brewing, although I havent made anything in a long while, since I left all of my equipment with my HPS when I moved 500 miles away (there wasn't room in the moving van for 3 carbouys & a stack of ferm buckets and other accessories) I kick myself for that, but this year I am planning on all new equipment...

I also keep live aquaria but I don't think of that as due to my religious choice.

If you are planning to start on your woodworking project, this isn't something you should use, it's something that you would be insane not to. Go here https://tr.im/6p4J8

Truth is, I've been a carpenter for almost 36 years, and I haven't found anything like this for less than 10's of thousands of dollars.

answer: dremel etching, brewing ale, carving/wood burning - all things I've utilized in making my tools. Definitely influenced by my religion and desire to make my tools rather than buying - some things you can't buy - like hand carved oath rings and drinking horns should be personalized so why not start from the beginning and make it all personal?

I work with clay to make altar tiles, bowls, other decorations. I also mess with making jewelry (a little). I've worked with wood to make chests, small boxes, etc... I haven't attempted to make Mjolner yet, but that's on the list.
