Strengthen your lower back
Try this exercise: Lie on your stomach, lift your feet and knees off the floor and "flutter kick" your legs as if you were swimming.

I will actually answer your question unlike past commentors. The love handle section is around your midsection. Exerciseing that area of the body would be the best, most logical way to lose those handles.
Fat to the midsection is commonly what you are eating so one way would be to watch the foods you eat. Eat healthier less fatty foods.
A few exercises to help with this area is...
Crunches and side crunches- these work your sides and abs.
I cannot remember the name of this work out but it is good, what you want to do is get a benching bar place weight on one side and secure the other side from sliding. While standing you grab the weighted end of the bar with both hands and lift it to about your hip then turn your body (using your ab muscles) but do not pivot your feet. the object is to cause resistence to your midsection, so you would hold your hands out straight bring the weight across your body using only your abs and back.
Reverse crunches are also good, just make sure you dont strain your back. here you want to be elevated off the ground laying on your stomach. you want you body to be partially off the bench or table you are laying on so that you can bend a bit. you hold a weight (a fairly small one) and you bend down then straighten your self.

Get a hoolahoop and use that you can loose upto 2" in a month and it's really good fun and eat half the amount of what you eat now and you'll soon see a difference. No need to buy expensive diet food it's a waste of money plus when you start to eat normal food again the weight will pile back on with more besides.

I read somewhere on the web that there's this exercise you can do to lose lovehandles. . it's like you lie down on the floor on your back and bring both your legs towards your chest by bending them and grabbing them for 5 secs.

Stay away from sweets and fast food. Work out a lot. Or of course lipo suction

diet and exersize is obvious. cardio is good for losing weight overall but for love handles im gonna say side crunches where you lay on your back and do normal crunches you just go from elbow to opposite knee. side bends are good too.

Toning beds....I swear by them, after 5 kids it did the trick for me...try them you wont be left down I PROMISE!!! :)

get a little bit of exercise ,,running,cycling, swimming,dieting,,,,,weight will soon come off
