People in Heaven?
I just asked the question of "are there people in Heaven right now?". Only a couple respondents cited scripture, which was disappointing. Let me ask another way. Can someone provide an example of someone being in Heaven with God(aside from Jesus). Before you answer you have to remember that there are 3 Heavens as told of in the Bible.

Revelation also mentions saints under an altar in Heaven.

Along side from God only Jesus but people yes this were those that were in Abraham's bosom; do you recall the rich man and the poor man there was a "wall" where one side could see the other this is where the rich man called out for the poor man to place his finger in water so that he could drink; the rich man---sorrowful, thirsty, desired to help brothers, in pain so if this was hell on earth those that died believing are in Heaven now.

Of course there are people in Heaven. That's the whole reason Jesus died on the cross for us. Don't need to quote scripture to tell ya that.

theres really know proof. but in the bible it says,
"to be absent of the body is to be present with the Lord"
so you might not go straight to heaven but you will be with God somewhere. i think when you die you go to Abraham's Bossom then when God comes back everyone goes to heaven, well, all the christians do.

Elijah was caught up in a chariot, presumably to heaven (I think in Kings but possibly Chronicles)
Enoch walked with God and "was no more, for God took him" (Genesis)
Jesus returned to His father. (Acts 1)

you do know that the 1st and 2nd heaven is the atmosphere and universe rite??

there is the rich man and lazarus, hes not really in heaven though, just in abraham's bosom.
