I have read alot of yaoi manga, from hard to soft stuff, but since i have read so much i dont really remember the titles so below i have just a few suggestions--if i remember any titles then i will add them--

pretty much anything by miyamoto kano--that mangaka has done alot of yaoi manga, and it has some really good developed stories, with very little lovn' (maybe 2-3/chapter, sometimes none, and it shows very little)

a good shouen-ai anime (probably based off a manga): kyou kara maou

I really enjoyed Boy Princess, which is about a girly-looking prince who has to stand in on his sister's arranged marriage because his sister ran away with another man. It is really adorable and the art is beautiful! There are some hints of "hardcore" things, but there's nothing explicit shown.

The beginning of Legal Drug was promising, a sort of "Petshop of Horrors", but with shounen-ai. Around the second volume, though, it seemed to peter out...

Eerie Queerie! is a cute little story about a boy who channels (more like, gets constantly possesed by) spirits who need to sort something out before they move on. His first spirit of the series is a girl who needs to confess her love to a boy at his school... and, well, things go from there. ^^

haha, i love Silver Diamond. One of my favorites just because.... idk, so weird. Always hugging each other. Anyways, theres the extreme yaoi stuff.. and then shounen-ai. For shounen-ai, maybe Vassalord, since you like Vampire Knight. its slightly confuzing though =/ hmm... as for shoujo, id definantly reccomend Special A, or SA. One of my favs. Also Beast Master, although its short, its defiantly worth it, and Merupuri

Try "Shout Out Loud" or "Rin!" They're both mostly shounen-ai, with some sexual scenes towards the end of "Shout Out Loud", and one at the end of the first book of "Rin!" They're my favourite shounen-ai manga.

Also, try "Menkui." It's the tamest of the three.

And if you haven't already read it, "Tokyo Babylon" is good, but angsty, and it doesn't end well.

If you like Gravitation and Loveless, I recommend Princess Princess, Mirage of Blaze, and Earthian.

Lesson XX also, but it might be a little too hardcore.
