There is a lever on the left side of the receiver. It is a rectangular piece of steel. hold the part of it closest to the muzzle, and pull outward. It only comes out a few millimeters, don't be too forceful. While holding this lever out, simply open and remove the bolt. To put it back in, just slide it into the hole it came out of, there is no need to open the lever again.... it is spring loaded, by the way.
Mauser rifles are so simple, a manual really isn't necessary.... everything you will need is on www.surplusrifle.com

There is a bolt release lever on the Left side near the rear of the bolt, pull on it with your thumb and it will pivot outward at the same time you are pulling the bolt backwards toward you.**
