Is there a certain food that instantly gives you diarrhea?

Mine's Kraft mac & cheese, it's like turbo-lax! POW! I usually have to scrub the bathroom walls after mac & cheese.

    Green and leafy vegetables because of their high fiber. Apples (usually is constipating) can also create a havoc ( shitsville) to my body.
