How do YOU measure success?

by what i have accomplished each day. have i really listened or just heard without hearing? have i given or taken, have i shared or hoarded, helped or hurt. i have never measured success in terms of what i have, what i own, how many - how much.

Ask yourself this question, "are you better than who you are yesterday?". For me, thats how i measure my success as the most important people you must defeat is your self. It does not mean that its self-centered but in term of whether you have succeded in certain part of your life or improve it.

My measure of success if whether I've learnt more than I've managed to forget.

I would say its measured by the goals achieved within specific period of time.

in terms of stated goals completed

when i beat my rival even by one point, i call it a success

By the ability to make yourself, and others happy.
