My question is when a small claims judgment is set for a specific amount, can later on the party who won the judgment tack on 2500.00 more due for fee’s, etc…?

If you have an owed balance upon moving out of a rental property and the property mgmt files a small claims case for a specific amount (ex. 2000.00) which includes what you owe plus attorney fee’s and the court orders a judgment against you for that amount….. Then a collection agency gets a hold of your account to collect and they state that your owed balance is way more than what was originally filed (ex. 4500.00) is that legal?

I understand that an additional amount would be due for interest or agency fee’s but 2500.00 more is not close to being accurate for interest of agency fee’s…..

I only qualify for 2 recievers with direct tv; can I hook up two additional bedroom tv's with just the coaxil cable for basic service if I get the 2 boxes for the main two house tv's? (kindda like hooking up extra tv's with comcast cable)

Form name/#: CHP 216 (Rev. 1-99) OPI 004 The copy of the completed report given at the CHP dept. has PAGE 1 - _ (?), auto filled in but the copy i have the number indocating hpw many pages is suppose to be there wad white out and hand written in. I am trying to download the pdf or other doc type of a blank copy to find out how many pages the document should be as i only was given two pages but believe there should be/is more pages than just 2. I check online and on the official chp website by entering the form name but could not find it.... any suggestions or other websites i could try for this information? Any help or suggestions on how to tell how many pages this report should contain woulf be very helpful.. thank so much.

I cant recall the source but a few yrs ago i heard only people with a certain gene or genetic makeup can smell infection (in self or others). i.e. dogs ears, another person, etc... Is this true, if so why/how?

Is there a remedy for stopping post nasal drip? I have had sinus infection aftet sinus infection and am still cont to have the infectious mucus clumps run down my nasal cavity most time being swallowed. I do try to blow it out by holding my nostrals closed and clucking like a chicken, the hawking a spit. I see it come out that way so i know its there. Ive tried allergy steroid sprays, countless antibiotics, saline nasal spays, etc.... nothing rids it or slows it so i dont swallow half the crap. What else can i do or try???? Aside from needing it out my system, it also makes me nuaseas when i swallow good amounts of it.... sounds nasty i jnow, sorry but i wanted to explain best i could. thanks

i know a belt can cause the squeal but i had my car checked and they said it wasnt the belt. he did say my #3 spark plug is oily or greesy so i dont know if that could be the possible root? a neighbor who works on cars said to replace ac pump\ water pump but im not sure if that is it from talking to car shop... is there a seperate belt for ac? a coworker suggested that but i have no clue? the noise is aweful but i dont know what route to go without spending alot of money on a complete diagnosic... please help if possible, thanks.

98 saturn- there is a rattle (rattle snake sounding) under the hood, usually goes away once the car is complertly warmed up. i know i have a bad\broken ac pump because of the squeel when i start the car vut wondering if the rattle could be related as well? noticed the rattle a little before the squeel started.

have light colored smoke coming from exhust ever so often, usually when on freeway when coming to a slow then exceleraing again (like slowing down when exiting ramp then excelerating again after looping on ramp). i also have a high pitch sqeel when i first ostart car (especially in the mornings), and recently when i stopped after driving and parked, took key out, ect. i noticed all the water draining from the tank for te radiator fluid/water. once i filled it back up and drove again it didnt cntinue to drain though... any clue on what this could be or possibly related too.... perhaps a catalist cnvertor? someone randomly suggested at a gas station but i have no clue what that is or does.

I have a 6 yr old Yorkie-poo. Late last night he throw up about 3x's, watched him and took him into the vet this afternoon after he threw up again. He is getting weaker and weaker and is not eating. I just put down some unflavored pedialiyte to try and replace the fluids he is loosing.

The vet was not very helpful, his appointment was in and out - recommended he get IV fluids which he said would be 380.00, would not give him any antibiotics or anything because he never saw my dog before.... did not givee any other useful info for me to follow at home. I know enought to know to keep him on a bland diet of rice and water.... is there anything else I can do for him or give him to try and help him gain his energy back?

He is normally a spunky barky doggie - not usually sickly so this is totally out of character for him. I am very worried and feel so helpless just watching him..... I can not really afford the money the doc wants for the IV fluids, if I could I would in a heart beat..... any advice or possible causes would be so very appreciated.

Ive been searching the web and have come across to many things to stress out about from Hodgkins Disease, Lymphomia, Rosai-Dorfman Disease amount other stuff indicationd a neck dissection needed to radiation therapy.

I'm still waiting on my doctors appoint to on weekend, but I have been sick to the stomach wondering how bad that one sentence is on the MRI report. Anyone familiar with medical terms on Mdical Image Reports or had/have simular things going on? Just need to sleep at night until I can see the doctor but easier said than done.

Any knowledge would be great.

I dont know what to do, I make to much to apply for finacial aid but I support my mother and cousin and I am the only one in the home working and I have slowly gotten behind to the point of possibly ending up homeless soon.
