Post nasal drip, need someone's advice... couldnt hurt.?

Is there a remedy for stopping post nasal drip? I have had sinus infection aftet sinus infection and am still cont to have the infectious mucus clumps run down my nasal cavity most time being swallowed. I do try to blow it out by holding my nostrals closed and clucking like a chicken, the hawking a spit. I see it come out that way so i know its there. Ive tried allergy steroid sprays, countless antibiotics, saline nasal spays, etc.... nothing rids it or slows it so i dont swallow half the crap. What else can i do or try???? Aside from needing it out my system, it also makes me nuaseas when i swallow good amounts of it.... sounds nasty i jnow, sorry but i wanted to explain best i could. thanks
