Biolological (enzymatic) washing powder/liquid should work.

I wash the clothes in warm water and use a little extra detergent. I stop the machine and let the clothes sit and soak for awhile after the soap has dispersed. Then I let the cycle finish. This usually works well. Of course, it's probably easier to make sure the litterpan is cleaned everyday so the cat won't pee in the clothes!

There is this product called Urine B gone, I never tried it, but maybe it will help. I've seen it advertised on T.V. late at nite around 2am eastern time. You can also try to see if Target or Walmart has it in stock.

Put that in a long soak in the washer, a little borax or baking soda may help it go quicker. Oxy-stuff will work pretty well too.

Sorry but cat urine is extremely hard to get rid of. The smell will be there permenantly. Personally, I would throw them out.

try DRY powdered Massengil douche You can buy it at a dollar store. Just rub it in a bit.......the longer you let it sit the better it will do.... Then shake off the excess powder and then wash it....
