Nose Bleeds?

I have had many nose bleeds recently- maybe 1 or 2 a month.

Now, i am having a nose bleed- Both nasal passages bleeding at the same time.

Any suggestions on how i can help? Tips? Suggestions?

    Perhaps you need to strengthen weak blood vessels with citrus bioflavonoids. Plenty of oranges or mandarins might help.

    Ky Jelly on a Q-tip. Your sinuses are probably dried out so you need to moisten them. Also get a humidifier for your bedroom / whole home.
