Bench press is a compound movement working both chest and triceps and some front deltoid. The closer you hold the bar with your hands and the tighter you keep your elbows to your sides on the movement the more you will work your triceps. Try varying your grip from narrow to wide on different workout days (not on each set).

Compound exercises (like bench press and overhead press and squats) will help you build a good solid foundation. Don't worry about isolation exercises until you have some size and strength to work with. This is your foundation. You don't need to shape and define your arms until you have some muscle mass to shape. Isolation exercises at this stage for you would be the fast road to over training.

Chin-ups is not considered a triceps exercise as the triceps are the muscles that extend your arm at the elbow. Think of these as primarily a back and secondary as a biceps exercise. If you use an underhand grip an keep you elbows in you use more biceps. This is the case if you concentrate on curling yourself up rather than rowing yourself up.

Building the biceps will make your whole arm look bigger and that's a good thing in most cases :-)

they do but they dont isolate the muscle which is more important if your looking at specifically building the triceps.

Easy workouts for the triceps are dips, cable pull downs. Pleanty of workout plans on my site if you want to check em out

    good luck

bench press will work them good especially the lockout part. if you want to target them more, use a closer grip on the bar. dips would be better than chinups for working triceps.

chin-ups really wont work them. bench press dose work them. not as much as doing a work out that focuses entirely on the triceps tho. do diamond push-ups, cable push-down, kick backs
