How to get these Abs without getting these abs....????
I;ve been working out for some time and have been getting great results but i wanted to ask.

Without getting These results of abs? http://somenoone.co.za/images/abs_big.jpg <--- dont want those!!! to manly bulky for me.
...Or should i just ask, do you get the abs that stick out by using machines?

rofl....2nd one = way too muscley....actually, you need to eat alot of veggies and stuff rather than too many protein rich foods, while you'll need some moderate strangth training for that region, you will have to do double the amount of cardio work. (so they keep telling me)

Most women will never put on visible muscle, and unless you work out really really rigorously and maybe are taking some kind of steroids or something you probably won't look like that. You probably will even have a hard time looking like the woman in the first picture too if you have any kind of fat in your abdomen area, because the muscle will form under the layer of fat. But, just do some crunches every single day. Start around 25 and build up as you feel like it.

Oh my god!!! i can't believe some people think that "working really hard" will get you abs like those??
i'm sorry, yes, it takes hard work and dieting... to a degree you'll never know... but the one (or two) ingredient you are missing here are steroids!!!
a woman will NEVER have abs or muscles that are really sharp and pop out like that unless she on some kind of anabolic steroid and an aromatase inhibitor (to block estrogen). you see, estrogen is the sole reason why women can't go below 12% fat naturally... plus, women don't produce enough testosterone to build that amount of muscle. So, they go on drugs like anavar and primobolan, which are very mild and don't have a lot of verilization effects, and go on very strong pharmaceutical fat burners like clenbuterol, albuterol and thyroid medication. Those women are called "fitness figures", they don't use a lot of steroids, but they use enough not to turn them into a huge female that looks like a man.
other female BODYBUILDER who are huge and have male like features on their face and body, are like they because they actually use testosterone... and lots of it. probably in the range of 10-50 times more than what a normal MALE produces.
so, no... you'll never look like the second pictures unless you choose that route.
the first picture, very doable. with extremely hard work, and knowing how to diet right. depending on what you look like now, you can do it in 6-12 months (if you are overweight, i'd say a bit over 2 years and you'll be there).
hire a personal trainer who knows what the hell they're doing (they don't come cheap) and he/she will guide you.
P.S. i will probably get a "thumbs down" for this answer. but the truth sometimes hurt. how many females you see in the gym working hard everyday and dieting hard? how many look like the one on the cover of the mag?... that answers your question.

I seriously would not concern myself about that. Your body is going to look different than anyone elses. Women are created differently. Much more is involved in the tummy area. IF you get any abs you are lucky and if you stop for a week while having them they will go away! I say get fit and chill out! You are beautiful!

You should be fine. For a woman to get a 6 pack they have to cut their fat levels down to a dangerous amount, the diet has to be super strict and the workout is way too intense. If you're eating properly and doing a sensible routine you will be more like the first chick. I agree, she is hot - the other is a bit, well, eeewww!

It's HIGHLY unlikely that you'll get that huge six pack unless you're trying REALLY hard. Just workout and keep a healthy diet and your abs will flatten.

once you get your bodyfat percentage to a very low point, genetics plays that role. the girl in the 2nd photo has probobally taken steroids to get like that, more specifically anavar i think. she is just too cut for a girl, she most likely dosent even get a period anymore

Machines create big muscles in your stomach, just stick to a different routine for stomach every other day but exercise it every day.....and lotsa cardio.
