Can I plant bluegrass in a yard established with fescue? Is this adviseable?

Will the bluegrass take over the yard or will the fescue starve the bluegrass out?

i had the same problem, I did plant bluegrass and it grew good. The fuscue also grew, so the next year I put down crabgrass prevent-er and the fuscue did not come back but the blue did and did very good.
