Can the law protect victims of malicious false reporting to the child protective services, or must we move ?
Would you move your family to another location to avoid being a victim of false reporting, or would you stand up and fight? Constant visits by the child protection services is causing harm to my family, and the allegations have proven false each time. How do I make sure this person is punished for malicious reporting? Do I need to take this public through the media, or seek a civil lawsuit? Help me please somebody!

Nothing they can do. Most people who call child protective services don't leave a name and the law says they don't have to. So if they don't know who did it who will they come after?
I think this law is stupid because people abuse the system meanwhile there is a child out there getting beaten or abused in some other way and is going unnoticed, the mom next door going through drama with her baby daddy is calling the authorities just to get back at him! It's really sad.

Heck I am not losing all I have worked for because someone files false reports on me!
Let the agency conclude who was wrong.
