  • Should I close my Bank Account?

I have had some trouble with my bank for the past 5 years. The bank does not seemed concerned for my best interest. For example, I reported fraud activity, and so they cancelled my visa card and debit privilages as my reward. I also was unable to access banking online because of a wrong password, and they are unwilling to unlock my status. So, I have been locked out of banking online, and also my visa and debit privilages have been revoked. I have never bounced a check, I have overdraft protection, and a clean record at the bank. However, I need the online privilages, and most of all the debit card to access money when I am out of town. The bank has consistently left me out in the cold in regards to working with me to obtain the services I need. Even though I have direct deposit, the bank does not seem to care whether I am a customer or not. Should I find another bank?

  • What should I do when I find out my "friend" has sold me property he stole from his work?

My neighbor sold me 2 gallons of antifreeze and a microwave. Later I found out these items were pilfered (stolen) from his work. Can I get this person in trouble for theft? Should I call law enforcement to investigate, or get more evidence first by confirming with his employer? What if the employer is on the employee's side? Can the Sheriff conduct the investigation, or should I just let it go, and hope I am not charged with receiving stolen property?

  • Can the law protect victims of malicious false reporting to the child protective services, or must we move ?

Would you move your family to another location to avoid being a victim of false reporting, or would you stand up and fight? Constant visits by the child protection services is causing harm to my family, and the allegations have proven false each time. How do I make sure this person is punished for malicious reporting? Do I need to take this public through the media, or seek a civil lawsuit? Help me please somebody!
