Is this even a possible pregnancy sign?
I know no one can tell me if I am pregnant or not. I will have to wait a couple of days to actually test, but my husband and I BD'd several times during my fertile week and I have had the worst constipation and heartburn I have ever had in the last 4 days or so. And I have had cramps, but have kind of attributed them to the constipation.I would have ovulated maybe 6 days ago. I just NEVER have this problem. Didn't know if there was anyone else out there who could relate. I am praying for a baby:)!

It's actually a sign of both early pregnancy and impending period (like they all are...damn signs!). The progesterone produced immediately following ovulation actually slows down your digestive system, leading to heartburn, constipation (sometimes diarrhea), and gas. Isn't it fun being a woman? I think I was exhausted that early. Up until about 8 weeks, exhaustion was the only symptom I had. Other than spotting once, 2 days after I found out I was preggo at 5 weeks.

No - that is not related to/a sign of pregnancy. Them things don't happen until the second or third trimester.
