Can you help me remember a movie title?

Question

released since the year 2000, shares a similar plot to the movie "Chances Are" and the kid star is NOT Haley Joel Osment. I believe the story line is this: A woman's husband dies, and is reborn (as a baby of course). Years go by and the husband, now a child, remembers his "wife" and convinces her it is him. She tells either her new husband or brother about this revolution and he (the brother or new husband) think she is crazy.     Does this sound familiar to anyone? Can you please help me?
