Processional Songs with Singing?
I am trying to decide on songs for the Processional and Recessional of my wedding. I was just wondering if anyone has gone to weddings where these songs had singing (not just instrumental)? Did it sound ok? and did they play the entire song?
Thanks a bunch!
i don't mean having a live singer, but using a song on a CD with singing.

I'm a professional vocalist and have sung for plenty of weddings.
Singing for a processional song is just fine! Make sure you talk to your vocalist about the songs. If they are professionals, they will be able to guide you as to if the whole song can be performed or if it needs to be cut down.
Good luck and Congratulations!

I've been to weddings that had music with singing and it sounded fine. Nothing weird or wrong with it if that's what the couple wants. I have seen one time where the bride chose a long song and she had a short aisle, and they played the entire song so there was an awkward moment at the end. But most have faded out the song as necessary.

Sing of solid issues not undesirable, sing of happy not unhappy. Sing, Sing a music, sing it common to final the full evening long. do not subject if its not solid sufficient for anybody else to take heed to, only sing, sing a music.
