You want a serious answer but you aren't seriously asking a question. You will ignore anyone who doesn't give the answer you have already decided is right, that everyone calls on God, even though I am proof that you are wrong. I can guarantee there are many people here that have faced death and God never entered their thoughts. Instead of pretending to ask a question why weren't you honest and simply state you think everyone calls on God in the face of adversity. At least then I could respect your honesty.
