Hey,
So I'm meeting this girl tomorrow, we're going to go bowling. She talked trash about how she's going to beat me and I'm kind of upset because I suck at bowling and what if she beats me. I'm a shitty trash talker and I dunno, it's just pretty embarrassing that a girl would be better than me at that. How can I be cool after losing?

Its just a game it doesn't mean anything by it. You and her are always gonna have something that one of youse are just not that good at it. So just chill ,its just some harmless fun. Next time why don't you recommend something your good at just don't over do it =] have fun babe.

believe in yourself and you could win the game and its probably better not to have a speech prepared for when if you lose. just act cool and say "you won, good game" and thats it. bowling isnt that hard just roll the ball and you dont know you might win and she might not even be that good she might just be saying that because she has nothing to lose so dont worry about it. have fun.
