What is it called when someone collects email addresses and sells them?

I feel like there is a term for the process of selling a collection of email addresses (or phone numbers, etc).

    Phishing is the process of gathering users and or passwords. Spamming is the process of delivering the junk.

    Hackeing,Gabbling Stuff like that I hate when that happens it happend to me and someone e-mailed me nude pics and a sex video it was gross and they gave me there adress to come do it with them it was gross!

    I think it is unethical but some companies do it. It should be illegal too but I think some unethical companies do this anyway.
