I can't download xbox 360 demos because of their ratings?
Ive changed my setting to allow me to download any kind of content but my 360 still won't let me download demos because of their ratings
I also have a gold xboxlive account

Well, till so far there all need a modded 360 to play burned DVD Disks.
It's not long and complicated at all, you can get all things done easy in a few quick steps very fast, there are software can help you to do everything, you just need to download the ISO files and burn them into blank DVDs.
And about the downloading and backup and copy games service: There are serveral sites providing such download services. They are very excellent on the contents, not only Complete big Xbox 360 games like Metroid, LOR, American Idols and Guitar Heroes etc. But also many movies, Xbox 360 tv shows, music and videos much more!!!
All you need is to join one of those sites to download so many resources. So you can download all those media as you wish!
And some sites can provide simple software help you to burn the ISO Games into DVDs, it is very easy and fast. After the instructions by them, you can go ahead to play those games you burned onto your Xbox 360.

You might need to turn the ratings for games on your xbox 360 to a diffrent level it might be set to only 12+ or belows or 16+ so change the parental control level

The setting may be on your profile, not your xbox. Why was the settings set in the first place?
