It's not a fashion craze, boys have been doing it since the mid-90s. You can thank bands like Nirvana for starting the "grunge" look, which is where the "sag and bag" jean thing started.

If i'm elected President, I promise to place a chicken in each and every refrigerator and a belt on each and every boy wearing his pants too low. And, i'm going to attempt to repair the finished Iraq warfare too. :)

To be honest i have no idea why people wear there pants that low is there a need to? i dont see the point in wearing them that low i dont even wear my pants like that and nore will i ever

The fashion of wearing pants so low that the underwer show was started by the CRIPS gang (if your familiar with them, you know what ethnic group I'm referring to)..... the fashion also has a name. It's referred to as seggin (pronounced "saggin")., But if you say it backward would be pronounced....well, You can figure it out.....
