Where to put your purse at dinner?

Here is my question:

One of my purses is a little arm bag, so it isn't long enough to go over my shoulder, I just keep it on my arm on in my hand.

When i'm at dinner, where do I put it?

I can't hang it on the back of the chair, it isn't long enough/won't work.

I get paranoid putting my bag on the ground or next to me, I feel like someone might take it because I don't have total control over it.

I also can't put it in my lap, its a little bit to big.

What do I do?

Thanks!

There are hooks you can buy that hook either underneath the table top or over the edge of the table that you can hang your purse on. I've even seen some restaurants that have the hooks under the table already. But don't forget to take your purse home with you.

At a dinner for 2 in a eating place i might lay it on the table, yet at a perfect dinner i might by no ability positioned it on the table. If it won't stay on your lap then slide it under your thigh. If it had a strap you may positioned your foot interior the process the strap an "carry" it out of your knee yet a grasp generally has no strap.

You Could Put It On The Table To The Side Of You?

you can either put it behing you on the chair (if you dont lean back when you eat) or put it infront on the floor but under the table, so that no one can see it and you'll be able to keep checking if its there with your feet.
