He can't "change our religion" because we don't have a religion. Freedom of religion is protected by our constitution, and we are Free to keep our religion.

I don't know what change he wants, and every time this question has been asked here, I have never seen a supporter actually answer the question with Obama's political views. The only answer I've seen is "We want change from how things are now". Great, but I'm still waiting for them to let us know what it will be changing into.

Thank you for that enlightening article. I didn't believe those emails to begin with. When I read them, I felt as if I were reading something written by fear mongers. So thank you for pointing out the falsehood of them; however, the first section does not work when we consider Wright really did say "God DAMN America".

Regardless, you and that article did not answer the real question. In reality, all you did was talk about what you want change FROM, and did not tell us what Obama wants the US to change TO. You did tell us the Why, but we would also like to know the How.

I am not afraid of change; in fact, I agree we do need a change. The problem I have is no one knows what Obama's change will be. Not even his supporters know (they never tell us HOW he wants to change the US).

People who are disatisfied with the way thing are want change. They aren't always sure what changes they want, but what they get is usually something new to be dissatisfied with. Politicians are not merchants of change; they're merchants of exchange. They won't give you your money back if you aren't satified with the problem you bought, but they'll give you a new problem to worry about (and let you keep the old one to boot!).

Politicians always want change. They want the change in our pockets -- ALL of it (and then some).

Obama is the most patriotic man I have heard in the last 30 years. He doesn't need to wear a silly pin on his lapel to show he is patriotic. He has actually shown it in deeds and actions if you bothered to research him at all instead of blindly believing personal blogs and judging him by the people he happens to know. Thank God I am not judged by the people I know. You cling to the negative, like a security blanket because it hides your racism.. You would never read the below link because you would prefer to believe evil because then you can feel 'justified' in your negativity.
