There are many spas on walt disney world property. I personally recommend the Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa. Located in the downtown disney resort area you can get a boat there from downtown disney or be transported there by bus. The spa there is really wonderful, one of the best in orlando. I would also steer clear of the Grand Floridian's Spa, it's highly over-rated, and the spa at Saratoga Springs is newer and more up to date.

My First Spa Experience

The selection is very much seasonal. You're going to get a different "menu" in June than you get in November. So it all depends on what they have at the time. I would sincerely say that you should ask for a copy of their brochure / menu and read it over. This spa has some 5 star spa treatments and it all depends on what you like. I am a guy and I like salt rubs and mud baths.
