What kind of blogging experience have you had?
I am a writer and I am thinking about doing a blog. Would like to know your experience. Good, bad or otherwise? How long you've blogged? How often should I blog? A good free website to create a blog from? How much archiving is available? Any suggestions on making a blog successful? (In other words, for the visitor.) Do I need to let others comment or can I just put up stuff for people to read? Any other things you think might be helpful.

If you are good at writing, you can get lot of visitors. Having lot of visitors is good and can convert them to $$$.
Once you start blogging, you can study about how to prmote the blog and get traffic, you can blog the process, that can help new bloggers who need to get started.
