yes thats very low. most people that want to lose weight go on a 1200 calorie diet. so yes 850 calories is very low

850 calories is not nearly enough. You should be consuming at a minimum 1200 calories, but likely more depending on your age and activity level. You have the right idea with the types of foods you are eating (although corn flakes have little to no nutritional value, you should have something with more grains). Try adding a bit more variety, and add in some nuts or other form of protein as well.

850 calories daily doesn't sound like enough for a normally active person. You are going to lose weight and maybe break down some muscle.

NO, its not enough..you need at least 1200 calories a day and even more if your very active.

depending on how much u wight i think its not nearly anuf i am a 220lb man and im sposed to eat 2200 calores a day so uness ur under 100lbs u need to eat more ur body will think ur starving it and store fat
