You're probably gonna get a few snide and nasty answers here, but I think this is a really nice idea. It's no exaggeration to say that the way this little kid experiences America now, while he's living here, will affect how he views the people of America for the rest of his life. (I'm assuming he's going back to Egypt one day.) We Americans love to tell ourselves how generous we are to the rest of the world. You're taking a step to prove it. I love it! Wish I knew some phrases. Why don't you try calling a college in your area and see if there's an Arabic language program, or even an Arab student community, and see if you can ask for a few phrases over e-mail?

تصبح على خير=tisbah ala kheir [to a male]

تصبحين على خير= tusbiheena ala kheir [ to a female]

تصبحون على خير= tusbihuna ala kheir [to a group of people whether males or females]

-the same is for classical or accents

How is school? (to a female)

ازاى المدرسة؟= izzai il= madrasah?>>Egyptian

كيف المدرسة؟=keefa lmadrasih?>>Lebanese+ Palestinian

فصح مجيد= fisih majeed>> the same for other accents

In Lebanese Dialect:
