why is it that when u chat with someone online and find out u have so much in common?

Could be the guy was just busy doing things to save his job before chatting with you. How do you know he hasn't tried contacting you? You might be just jumping to circumstances that were beyond his control. I think the guy still wants to chat and will be in touch with you. Maybe he has been trying and you two just miss each other.....

Well it could be that he is running out of things to talk about. As you said you have been talking on the computer and phone which will take for some long conversations and that will make you run out of things to say. It could also mean that he might of found someone else to talk to in person and dosent need the company of a companion just over electronics. The question is what are you in it for are you looking to meet the guy and see if he is as nice in person or are you just looking for a friend?

Could be that he has run out of things to say. When you talk to someone a lot like that it can get old and he may think that you are pushing at him a little to talk. I don't think he is trying to get pictures because you didn't say anything about him asking for any right? And that seems like a lot of time and investment for a picture. Maybe just back off some and not im him for a few days and see what happens.

It's possible that he could have just wanted dirty pics... has he asked for them?

I hate it when someone takes the time to pm/email me and the minute they find out I have a bf they disappear.. it's kind of pathetic when they come online to score nudes or want to cyber.... what happened to just getting to know someone?

Online relationships start off so well due to the lack of physical and social stigmatas. If you start talking too much, due to the lack of real interest. You'll obviously become over stimulated with them. A little time alone is best to make you or him more interested. (other words give him space, and he'll come crawling back. If he dosent talk back, who needs him)

I think with anyone you chat with online you should keep it light! Internet people come and go like the wind. You've only chatted for a week.........certainly not what you'd call a committed relationship. You sound young.........just play and have fun and don't believe a word you read!!

First of all, I don't think you should make friends with random people online, unless you have a mutual friend or something.

Maybe this guy was jobless for a week, and now he's really busy with stuff. Since you don't know him, don't make assumptions!

And face it, some people do have a short attention span! Deal with it!

Maybe because he might be thinking you're a bit obsessive? Try laying off for a while... and maybe he's caught on that you already have unrealistic expectations just in the couple of lines I read from you?
