Should i serve my baby the homemade solid i made?
First time making it at home. I have add really little about one small 1/4 teaspoon sugar when i blend it.
Should i serve to her because i just remember you not supposed to give sugar to baby.
I made some carrots, peas and green beans.
It was mistake after i finish cooking it.
And buying it outside the jar say they have sugar.
So should it be ok or not ok... I will throw out if i can not serve or just eat myself...
Thank you
will i have start solid when she turn 4 month and veggie at 5 months and she will be 6 months in week
My baby doctor said start rice solids then veggie and fruits. She has not start fruits and i have seen the one you buy from the store has a lot more sugar then the one you make at home.

Sound like a good idea to me just don't put too much sugar.

Most natural food has sugar already in it, but if you only put a little in it should be alright. Sugar is needed to keep up the natural energy in our bodies. It is not right when we over load which is in a lot of junk food. The vegies will be great for the baby, I would add pumpkin or sweet potatoe as I found that peas give the baby a green poo and it smells.
You are doing just great natural cooking is the best way **

give it to her, she will probably eat it better than the processed stuff you can buy in shops. also, once you start blending different stuff together you will see what her favourites are, just leave out the added sugar next time, the fruit and veg you blend will have all the sugar she needs already in it.

It's a good idea to give them home made stuff. I'm not sure about adding sugar though.
They will expect everything to taste sweet, and not really get the taste for the veggies.
Also, sugar isn't really good for their little teeth.
I would recommend just leaving the sugar out.
Good luck!!

NO, there should be no sugar in your baby food. It does nothing good for the baby. I would just throw it out and start again.

Depends on the age of your baby. If he or she is 4-8 months and is just being introduced to solids, I wouldn't. If he or she is over 8 months I'd say it would not hurt.

it depend how much sugar you put,it should be according to her months but homemade is the best, you are more sure you made it natural veg,its more hygenic and you made it with love, that more important.
