In R&S, why are there too much answers (or questions) with much hate?
I mean, why don't we respect each other's belief and not ridiculing other's for what they think is right.

Because I have found through visiting this site over the past couple of years that many of those seeking to ask and answer questions on this site regarding religion aren't doing so with the goal of seeking a genuine understanding of another person's beliefs; they're primarily here to rant about what they don't like, and many times this ranting is done in a rude and condescending manner. If you sift through the crap there are some intriguing questions to be had on this site though. It just takes time and patience. If you can't find a question that looks interesting when you happen to be on, my advice would be to look for the most stupid. Some of the answers people come up with will have you laughing like crazy.

In some twisted way, the idea of anonymity is so appetizing for those who have a hard time voicing their opinions in the real world. They get off on telling someone off or making some off-color remark that they would not EVER say to someone face to face. It's partly why some people are addicted to Y!A, especially to the religious section. There's gratification in putting an answer down that you firmly believe in, and you get to see the thumbs up of people that agree with you. THEN you see your name mentioned elsewhere as having laughed with you, or picked on you and pointing you out somehow. Then you get a thrill because you become noticed.
There's nothing like first class attention on what you say. People seem to be caring about what you say (whether negative or positive) and you can make up whatever emotion in your head about what you think others might feel because of what you said, and it makes you feel powerful. It makes you feel like you're the leader of the board, when in fact there's hundreds of people that post on here all the time. When your answer gets chosen as the best answer, and you were being funny or clever...it feels good, like you've received appreciation and notoriety even if it's only through the computer. You know someone out there noticed you, you know someone out there is thinking about you, you know someone out there is acting on what you said and it makes you powerful in your own eyes.
To be mean and hateful, it's another method of getting noticed. It's negative attention, it's a practice on how to be mean online, get a reaction from people and maybe one day (though unlikely) work up towards doing it in real life and being popular.
