Kids dropped hamster, now something is wrong!?
I think the fall did something to his leg, because he can't even get on his wheel very good. What should I do?

hey him to the vet asap it could get infected and kill him or he could chew it off and bleed to death if its really bad they will amputate it and give you medication for him so he will be healthy
good luck hope everything is ok

go to a vet just to be safe or if you can't find an online vet.
make sure that the hammy is not put in any situations where it has to move avoids using a ball .
bring the food bowl closer to where the hamster rests and it should heal in time
good luck

Well, Hamsters get most injuries and causes of death by falling from being dropped- a lot of broken hips in dropped hamsters.
There really isn't anything you can do. Eventually it will heal- but he's probably not feeling well at all and probably experiencing pain. Hamsters are too small to really do anything medically from a vet. They are robust lil' guys though and heal fast.
If you feel that he's in too much pain and it won't get any better you may want to have him put to sleep unfortunately.

he may be in shock, my hamster played dead for a few minutes and then barely moved whe ni dropped him on the floor. but he was fine afterwards and lived a long 2 years. if you notice problems still in the next few days vet time.

well i dropped my hamster before too accidently
his leg wasnt exactly broken though
he was like a cat
9 lives
so you should just let him rest his leg and sleep
you should bring some food to him instead of putting it in to a bowl and maybe get a little slice of toilet paper and covering his leg.

do nothing. it will heal by itself. i had hamsters once, one somehow lost his foot. i have no idea how could that happen - they were always in a cage, nobody was ever touching them, but anyway, it lost it's foot and still was all right. it was in a house for some time - i guess recuperating, but after a few days it was absolutely fine - running in the wheel like there is no tomorrow
