Turn off all TVs?

love it lol. they might actually ask valid questions about life and the world. not who killed Johnny on Soap Street.

As a very godly person, I am always watchful and on guard, lest any kind of garbage thoughts enter the purity of my godly mind. So that is why I spend all my time watching Christian TV and Pat Robertson's 700 Club. Just kidding. Actually, I stopped watching TV over a quarter of a century ago. It's amazing what wretched addicts (Christian and otherwise) most TV viewers are. I like those ads for "The Hopper" (which I see on the internet) featuring that lovable family of porky, couch-potato bozos with the heavy working-class Boston accents who are all TV addicts and have no shame about it at all. Mom watching TV in the kitchen, sis in her bedroom, grampaw while he is on the toilet, etc. etc. The honesty of those ads is very refreshing, because that's what TV really is, and that's what it does to people.

I think peoples answers would be better. I am in school this year and I have no time to watch tv. I am on Yahoo answers alittle now but I think my answers are better than before I went back to school.

I'm with you.... majority of people should kill their TV's.

And if they don't, at the very least- kids shouldn't be watching. Most shows are so inane, they are painful to watch. I can't stomach it.

Just go and view a few typical myspace pages, and see most young people will put in their "books" favs: Books- books are dumb I don't read.

They will spent their on meeting friends and go out to find the interesting thing in the world.

Never mind the questions and answers think of the baby boom it would create.

I believe television will one day be extinct and everything will be on the internet
