Billy Blanks Tae Bo Amped. AMAZING workout that will help you gain some muscle and tone everything up. I love love this workout and he is a great motivator and I love to workout to any of his tapes really. Tae Bo Amped comes with a weighted bar that you use and also 5 different workout dvds. I got it at Best Buy for $32.99. You can also order it at his website and check out all of his other great videos, read success stories and much more.

    Hope this helps and enjoy!!

Walking is an excellent exercise for burning fat, increasing the metabolism and toning all the body parts. If you swing your arms while you walk, you'll be working a lot of muscles. Try to do it for an hour or more a day for optimal results.

running for weight loss and endurance for your dancing.

in dancing i assume you dont want big muscles, so you could focus on strength exersizes like the bench press, in place of pushups...

but then again you are a woman so your not going to see massive gains if you do pushups anyway, and dancing is largely endurance.

filter it at the top once you choose a muscle to...

    "only bodyweight exersizes"

choose one you would like to do from each catagory, then split them up over 3 days, do around 15 reps ... if its easy increase it, if its hard decrease it.

    goodluck

I do not relatively "figure out", however I'm very energetic and constantly strolling or walking round. If I attempt to do weights I achieve muscle too simply, so I attempt to avoid that. I consider I'm lovely well form :)
