If Undertaker will have to pass the torch to somebody else ?

Sooner or later, Taker would one day retire.

Who will be the next Undertaker ?

Do you think Taker would pass the torch to anyone else ?

To me,

Undertaker is one of a kind.

No one is good enough to continue his gimmick.

---------------)------->

please don't say Kane because he will also retire.

If he did pass the torch to someone, they would probably catch on fire.

Actually i have thought about that and here is my idea of what

will take place. After a grueling match ,against some super heel, that the Taker wins. Six robed and hooded minions of his will escort a large coffin to ring. A seventh minion who carries a bell, will begin to toll the bell. The undertaker upon hearing appears transfixed and slowly makes his way to the coffin. the lid of the coffin will be lifted and the Undertaker will get in. Then just before he lays down he closes his eyelids &

opens them up to reveal two white sockets. He lays slow down in the coffin & the lid is slowly lowered. The minions start pushing the coffin back up the ramp with the color commentators asking the question thats on everybodys mind.

Just as the coffen gets to the top of the ramp. the lights go out and bolts of lighting elluminate the coffin. and all the minions are gone. The smoke starts rising around the coffin

when the lid of the coffin with sudden force sails off thecoffin.

Then a newer &younger Undertaker sits up in the coffin. The lights go out again and when they come back on the new taker is gone. The cameras pan over to the audience and comentators who sit in stunned silence. Of course this will

take place at a Wrestle Mania with the Undertakers undefeated streak is on the line.

I don't see anyone else ever attempting to pull off the Undertaker's gimmick. I'm sure there MAY be someone else who starts another undefeated streak at Mania but it won't be for quite some time..

Kane shouldn't be retiring anytime soon.. but his gimmick is not the same as Undertakers.. He and Abyss are more of the same type of character.. the Undertaker is sort of in a league of his own.. his gimmick, one would think, is very stupid and yet it's had staying power all of these years.. I don't see anyone else ever being able to achieve that with ANY gimmick.

Why would someone else take his gimmick? Passing the torch just means that he would be giving up his top spot to someone younger that's ready to carry the company. I think he might pass it to Edge, not at WM 24, but sometime in the next year or so. Edge will probably beat him in a Hell in a Cell or buried alive or casket match for the belt, and that will be Taker's last match of his career and Edge will be the top guy on Smackdown from that point on.

(Maybe when Taker retires, we'll get "Deadman" Shark Boy on TNA)

I do not think that the Undertaker gimmick / character will be passed down to anyone else when Maark retires in the next couple of years .... you just cannot re create legends and Taker is definately a legend ...

If Undertaker retires he probaly gonna give the torch to someone that he lost to a lot

I don't think he has to pass down the Gimmick itself, but he needs to lose to a young up-and-comer on a big stage. Like the Royal Rumble. I think it should be a talented heel, not a face. So I would say, either Mr. Kennedy, MVP, Elijah Burke, John Morrison, or Possibly Big Daddy V.

But he deserves to die with his Undefeated streak at Wrestlemania, and he deserves one more long championship reign.

Hi Sarah, good question. I really don't see anyone being able to fill his shoes at this point. Face it most of the guys are getting older and the younger ones just don't cut the mustard as being a big bad *** dude no one wants to mess with. I thin kit will have to be someone yet to come.
