Why Do People 'Cheat/Be UnFaithful/Have An Affair' On Each Other(Man & Woman)?????

I never cheated before...but I think I can understand why some people do it even though it isn't RIGHT at all. Some feel that they aren't getting what they need out of the relationship...it could be sex or attention, so they would find it else where to fulfill their need. Sadly enough, my bf and I of 2 years...he hasn't been giving me enough attention and there are some guys that would like to give me their attention and it's hard not to talk to them. Of course, I declined when they asked to go out or have my number. I've talked to my bf about how I only saw him once a week and how I never talk to him but he doesn't seem to care too much and thinks it's just me...which really hurts. I try not to feel hurt by it.

People cheat because they don't get what they need...because they're too chicken to end the relationship or they just do it because they're a player (guy/girl).

Have you seen "Why did I get married?"? They have this thing called the 80% rule...LOL In some cases...most...you have 80% of what you needed but not the 20%......Idk if that made sense.

I agree with you it hurts me as well especially if I'm the recipient of the pain caused by a cheater. My now-ex just left my house 10 minutes ago after trying to explain to me why I caught him at a shell gas station sporting around some chick in his car. I have never cheated on a boyfriend even when given plenty of opportunities to do so. I told him to go be with her because I have better things to invest my time in.

Because they have no respect for the person they are with and are selfish and self centered. Dosent mean they dont love the person they are with, just means they are more concentrated on what they want.

becuz they get tired && bored of their relationship && want something new && exciting && different...but it still doesn't make it right...if there is a problem in ur relationship u should be able to talk about it with the other person && work it out...

because they are not actually committed to the person they are with.
