How do I change out the blown headlamp on my 2001 Pontiac Grand Am ?
My service vehicle soon light is on and I believe this is why. Could it just be a blown fuse and if so how do I know which one without going to a repair shop. I need to save money, what should I do ?

A burnt out headlamp will not make your "service engine soon" light illuminate (nor will a blown fuse). What will, though, is something that is emissions related. Go to an Autozone or a Advance auto and ask them to plug into your vehicle and pull the code from the cars computer and that will give you some direction where to start. Those auto parts store usually offer this as a free service.
