Of course, why not? Unless your Canadian. But I think Canadians can still have them, but limited to 5 round clips. They're not rare, but can be hard to find at times, and you can expect to pay quite a bit, unless you just stumble into a deal somehow. Many other WW2 service rifles are world class to this day, and much more plentiful and cheap, like the British SMLE, the Soviet M91/30 and the German Kar 98, although the Kar can get expensive too. Stay away from some of the other WW2 rifles though, some of them have very hard to find ammo, like the Arisaka from Japan.
