Serious weight loss issues!!!?
I''m 18, 5'2'', and 125 pounds. Its all in my hips, butt, and thighs. I am homeschooled, and so I don't go anywhere and don't have enough money to go to the gym. I try to run every couple of days, but I can never go more than 25 min, walking 5, then running two, walking two, and at the last 5 min, walking. I can't run anymore than because it hurts too much! And I can't find the time sometimes, trying to graduate. Also, out of sheer boredom, I eat whatever is in the kitchen, which isn't too unhealthy, but its not fresh veggies or healthy foods.
Can ANYONE please help me!!! Any links to a good diet with lots of veggies? Any advice? Any training plans????? PLEASE!!!!! I am desperate!! I want to go to about 115, which is what I was last year. HELP!!!!!
Also, I don't eat a lot of junkfood. Maybe a glass or two of soda every two weeks. I don't get it!?
I am a size nine in juniors, and a size 6-8 in womens'.

Your aerobic exercise regiment sounds great. Keep it up. For your hips, butt, and thighs, you can do some easy sculpting at home. Lie on your side on the floor and do leg lifts with your upper leg (20 times), then your lower leg (20 times)-- this is good for your hips and inner thighs. Then roll over and do the other side. Repeat. Squats are great for your quads (front and side of thighs). Try doing 20 squats, then resting, then doing 20 more. For your gluteals, lie on your back with your knees bent, and raise your hips off the floor. You can do this 20 times, rest, and do it another 20 times. Or, just lie there with your hips raised for a few minutes, and it will have the same effect. Finally, kneel on the floor and place your hands on the floor (like you're 4-legged), and lift and extend one leg back and up as far as you can go. Do this 20 times, and then do the other side. Repeat. That exercise is good for your gluteals and thighs. For all of these exercises, you can add ankle weights for extra resistance if you like.
Other than the sculpting, just try not to eat when you're bored. Only eat when you are really hungry. Also, don't worry too much about your specific weight, but pay attention to how toned and slender your hips, butt, and thighs will look after doing the scultping for a few weeks. Good luck!

There is not any handy reply. There will continuously be temptation. You must formulate a plan (just like the no wheat plan, an excessively well one) and simply stick with it. You ought to make laws for your self (South Beach Diet booklet is a well learn, it does not simply let you know what to do, it tells you why) and stick with them. Every time you pass to devour anything, give up and suppose if the leisure you're going to get is valued at it. I guarantee that ordinarily it is not. I was once 240 kilos, and via replacing my consuming behavior (now not weight loss program, weight loss program is transitority, consuming behavior are long run) and exercise (plenty, it is helping hold you busy on the way to restrict you from snacking). I now weigh a hundred and eighty and I don't have any plans of going again to the best way matters have been. It takes a entire subculture difference. Start by way of strolling for a minimum of an hour EVERY DAY. Don't make excuses, simply stand up and do it. Don't purchase junk meals. If you should not have it to devour, you will not devour it, useful as that. Nobody however you'll be able to decide to the burden loss, despite the fact that more commonly systems like weight watchers support in that they provide you the aid you can want.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I think if you just limit your salt, sugar and fat intake and increase your vegetables and eat some fruit and complex carbs. plus maybe add a few crunches and squats and maybe even some deep knee bends then you'll firm up and lose those few extra pounds in no time. Don't be hard on yourself though because you really aren't overweight. I think toning up is most important.

Yes-but she wants to lose ten pounds-the best way is just not to eat processed foods or sugar. If you eat this way, and walk 1/2 hr or so a day (there is plenty of time for that) you will lose ten pounds and still be healthy.
If you find yourself obsessing after you lose ten pounds-see a doctor - you might be developing other issues.
